Basing on the investigation of ecosystem resources in the major apple production of Shaanxi Province, the selection has typical model the representative's 6 Counties, characteristics differences were analytical researched on between the GaLa and Fuji apples under different ecological environmentBy using the analysis data of laboratory, the continuous weather data from 1996 to 2005, the elevation height and calculator statistics software DPS, the correlation of ecological factors and the apple qualities of two kinds of apples has been studies to draw a conclusion on the main ecological factors to effect apple quality in the Shaanxi Province.The following conclusions were abstained:1. The relationship of annual mean temperature and the apple quality:To annual mean temperature, for the GaLa apple, there were positive correlations with single weight and fruit shape index, there were negative correlations with fruit firmness, soluble solids, total-acid, vitamin-C, color degree and anthocyanin, especially it got to notable level with vitamin-C and anthocyanin. And for the FuJi apple, there were positive correlations with single weight, and got to notable level. There were negative correlations with fruit firmness, fruit shape index, soluble solids, total-acid, vitamin C, color degree and anthocyanin. It got to notable level with soluble solids and color degree, especially more notable level with anthocyanin.2. The relationship of annual year rainfall and the apple quality:To annual year rainfall, and for the GaLa apple, there was a positive correlation with single weight, there were negative correlations with fruit firmness, total-acid, vitamin-C, fruit shape index, color degree and anthocyanin. It got to notable level with fruit firmness and single weight, especially more notable level with soluble solids. There was a positive correlation between annual year rainfall and single weight of FuJi, and it was a very notable level. And for the FuJi apple, there were negative correlations with fruit firmness, soluble solids total-acid, vitamin-C, fruit shape index and color degree. It got to very notable level with soluble solids and single weight, especially more notable level with fruit firmness.3.
