TME method was used to determine availability of metabolisable energy ,amino acids,fibre in feedstuffs. 24 Yan geese with the same weight and old which were randomly divided into 4 groups ,were employed to bioassay TME, TAAD and digestibility of fibre content of 11 feedstuffs, including rapeseed meal, alfalfa, corn grain, cottonseed meal, soybean meal, zhuhua grass, wheat bran, guimuyihao, peanut meal ,fish meal, coarse rice bran. And every 6 geese were used to determinate one feedstuff.
