| The experiments were conducted to establish the predicting model for the digestible energy and digestibility of nutrients with chemical method and verify.the feasibility of the digestibility with bionic method.Experiment 1 Prediction of Digestible Energy and Digestibility of Nutrients in Rapeseed Meal for Swine by Chemical AnalysisThe relationships between the chemical composition and digestible energy or digestibility of Nutrients were investigated to establish relative predicting models for DE and dE in rapeseed meal with chemical composition. The DE, dE, dN, DMD and OMD of 9 rapeseed meals were determined by total feces collection method and difference method. The factors that were used to predict the DE, dE, dN, DMD, OMD in rapeseed meals were selected with correlation relationship between DE, dE, dN, DMD, OMD and chemical compositions including crude protein (CP), ether extract (EE), acid detergent fiber (ADF), Neutral detergent fiber (NDF), crude fiber (CF), acid detergent lignin (ADL), ash, gross energy (GE). NDF was the best factor for predicting dE, DMD, OMD, but ADF and NDF were the best factors for predicting DE, PS was the best factor for predicting dN. The predicting models for DE were DE (MJ/kg)=16.20-0.10 NDF (R2=0.63, RSD=0.49, P<0.05), DE (MJ/kg)=16.32-0.15 ADF (R2=0.63, RSD=0.49, P<0.05). The predicting model for dE were dE=97.27-0.87 NDF (R2=0.93, RSD=1.55, P<0.01). The predicting model for dN =69.94+2.39 ADF-1.89 NDF+0.33 PS (R2=0.95, RSD=1.90, P<0.01).The predicting model for DMD was DMD=87.22+0.14 PS-0.78 NDF(R2=0.89, RSD= 2.63, P<0.01).The predicting model for OMD was OMD=87.13-1.69NDF+0.14 PS+1.33 ADF (R2=0.93, RSD= 2.44, P<0.01)Experiment 2 Prediction of Standardized Heal Digestibility of Amino Acids of Rapeseed Meal for Swine with Chemical AnalysisThe relationships between the chemical composition and standardized ileal digestibility of Amino Acids were investigated in order to establish relative predicting model for SID in rapeseed meal with chemical composition. The SID of Lys, Met, Leu, Val, Trp of 8 rapeseed meals were determined by exogenous indicator method and difference method with T-cannula Tech. The factors that were used to predict the SID of Lys, Met, Leu, Val, Trp in rapeseed meals were selected with correlation relationship between SID of Lys, Met, Leu, Val, Trp and chemical compositions including crude protein (CP), ether extract (EE), acid detergent fiber (ADF), Neutral detergent fiber (NDF), crude fiber (CF), acid detergent lignin (ADL), ash, gross energy (GE). NDF and ADL was the best factor for predicting SID of Lys, ADL was the best factor for predicting SID of Met, PS was the best factor for predicting SID of Leu and Val, ADF was the best factor for predicting SID of Trp. The recommended predicting models for SID of Lys was SLys=91.58-0.86 NDF (R2=0.73, RSD=3.42, P<0.01), The recommended predicting models for SID of Met was SMet =84.15-0.47 ADL(R2=0.66, RSD=1.50, P<0.05), The predicting models for SID of Leu was SLeu-64.11+0.32 PS (R2= 0.66, RSD=3.33, P<0.05), The predicting models for SID of Val was SVal=24.96+0.68 PS+0.75 ADF (R2=0.85, RSD= 3.17, P< 0.01),,The predicting models for SID of Trp was STrp=91.11-1.07 ADF +0.02 PS (R2=0.89, RSD=1.93, P<0.01)Experiment 3 Feasibility of Determination of Digestible Energy and Digestibility of Nutrients of Rapeseed Meal with Bionic MethodThe experiment was conducted to verify the feasibility of the digestibility with bionic method. Compared with DMD, DE, dE, dN, and OMD by total feces collection method, the bionic method was used to determine that of 9 rapeseed meals. The results showed:dE, DE and DMD with bionic method were 1.2~1.9 fold,1.7~2.4 fold and 0.6~0.8 fold lower than that with total feces collection method. There was significant difference between the data from total feces collection method and bionic method, and the bionic method should be improved in the future.
