Mucosal Disease Virus cause a kind of complex infectious mucosal disease in deer which is can cause fever, mucosal dissipated abscess, diarrhea, leukocyte decrease and abortion, sterility, died embryo, abnormality embryo. From 1946, Olafson reported Bovine Virus Diarrhea Virus -Mucosal Disease first time, the disease has prevailed over the world until now. In China, there were fifteen provinces and cities have reported Mucosal Disease. Because the incidence rate of Mucosal Disease is rather high, especially for young deer, enormous economy loss can be cause for deer industry of China. Now, the methods of prevention and treatment of mucosal disease in sika deer are eliminating PI animal and injecting regular vaccines. But, many problems can be taken to the animals, which were injected regular vaccines. Because there were not efficiency prevention and treatment methods for Mucosal Disease, the persistent infection of mucosal disease has increasing seriously. For the sake of search for a new kind of method for prevent and treat Mucosal Disease, the research on immunology of MDV nucleic acid vaccine and the medicine selection experiment have been done. The helpful attempt is taken to develop a new kind of efficient prevention and treatment vaccine.Genic vaccine of deer MDV immune rabbit in different doses and different times, the antibody response level was tested by indirect ELISA, cell immunal response level was tested by transformation of lymphocytes and compared with isolated strain and standard strain (Oregon C24V) of MDV. The results showed that: at the 7th day, all vaccine groups produce humoral immunity, which is compared to the inactive groups is significantly different (P<0.05). At the 35th day, the antibody level of isolated strain and standard strain reached the flood tide, then decrease gradually. At the 42nd day, Genetic vaccine produced the antibody level reached the flood tide and immunity response of genetic vaccine group is higher than inactive isolated strain vaccine and C24V. Genic vaccine produce the cell immunity response level lower than the inactive groups.The maximum-security concentration of Ribavirin, Shuang huang lian, Herbal Houttuyniae, Qing kai ling, Potassium Dehydroandrograpolide Succinate, Buplerum chinense DC was tested in MDBK cell that was cultured in vitro by utilizing tissue and cell cultivation. Moreover, the effect of the six medicines on MDBK cell infected by MDV was tested at preventive, treated and inactive situation. The results showed that the maximum-security concentrations (lowest degree of dilution) of all kinds' medicines to MDBK cell undamaged were: ribavirin (2-14), Shuang huang lian (2-7), Qing kai ling (2-7) Herbal houttuyniae (2-8), Potassium Dehydroandrograpolide...
