Poultry production company exporting to the European Union need to feed broilers in bedding mode.Compared with caged or flat-raised chickens on the Internet, the prevention and control of coccidiosis has become one of the key tasks of disease prevention and control. The EU's stringent drug residue requirements,as well as the problem of coccidiosis drug resistance, forced the application for export to EU farms at this stage can only use immunization to prevent and control coccidiosis. The imported chicken broiler coccidiosis vaccine is widely used in China.According to the regional differences, the recommended immunization methods include spray or feed mixed. The immune dose is 1.0 or 0.6 per bird. The immune dosage not only affects the immune effect, but also affects FCR and birds weight.Through comprehensive evaluation of impact of different immunization methods and different immunization dose on the immune of coccidiosis,FCR and birds weight to determine the best immunization program,it will be important clinical significance to guide the poultry company to effective prevention and control of coccidiosis immunity to coccidiosisIn this research,we compared the two different immunization routes of hatching spray immunity and mixing feed immunity, and the different doses of 1.0 and 0.6 per bird, from coccidian oocysts count(OPG),coccidial score, intestinal injury score, survival rate, weight loss, feed conversion ratio(FCR)and European Production Index(EPI)and other aspects of comprehensive comparison, screened out the best immune way and immune dose of broiler coccidiosis immunization,to provide data support for poultry companies to carry out the correct coccidiosis immunization. The results showed that the ratio of oocytes intake inoculated at 0 day in hatchery was significantly lower than that of chickens mixed on day 3 in farms. The peak of OPG of mixture immunization was earlier than that of spray immunization, and the time of "compensation" was longer. The trend of eye disease score was consistent with the trend of OPG,and the number of coccidian oocysts in feces was more. The more the number of oocysts in feces, the more obvious the intestinal lesions, and the more severe the injury. The survival rates of the test group and the control group were 95.8%±1.48%,93.0%±1.8%,91.4%±2.0%,96.0%±1.4% and 96.1%±1.4%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was no correlation between coccidiosis immunity and survivalrate. The weights of A,B,C,D and control groups were 2.24±0.09 Kg,2.29±0.04 Kg,2.34±0.03 Kg,2.36±0.06 Kg and 2.48±0.06 Kg.The weight of the mixing group was better than that of the spray group. The weight of the two test groups of 0.6 dose / only mixture and 1dose / mixture was the best, but the difference between the two groups was not significant, indicating that the immune pathway had an impact on the weight of the slaughter. The experimental group was EPI 275.4,17.3,284.9,19.2,276.6,7.5,299.2,and 299.2,respectively.The best group in group D was the experimental group with the best comprehensive performance coccidiosis immunization was a good way to control coccidiosis in lay-fed chickens. The way of mixing materials in farms is superior to that in hatchery.0.6 dose /immunization has advantages over 1 dose / only.At the present stage,0.6 dose / 3 day old mixture immunization is the best immunization regimen.
