The Research Of Epidemiology And Clinic Medication Therapeutic Of Broiler Chicken Colibacillosis In WeiFang

Colibacillosis is the birds disease being infected partially or outright by poultry Escherichia coli, which comprises Blood poisoning, Hjarre disease, Chronic respiratory disease, Phlegmon, Peritonitis, Ureter inflammation, Osteomyelitis, Ophthalmia and Navel inflammation. Colibacillosis brings economy damnify to the poultry breeding and is the important disease in poultry diseases that result in body expense. Colibacillosis can bring important influence to commonality sanitation and people health.WeiFang is the important chicken base in our country. Poultry breeding is the important approach that promotes economy and makes a pile for farmer in the local territory. The diseasees that infected by bacteria is gradually the important factor that influences poultry breeding and economy development. The Colibacillosis is an important bacteria infection and many researchers seek ask for the method to control the disease. To control efficaciously the Colibacillosis in broiler chook in WeiFang, Epidemiological investigation, Microbial sensitivity tests and Clinic medication therapeutics have been conducted.The research including three parts:Part one: The result of Epidemiological investigation shows that the fastigium age of Colibacillosis is 3~6 weeks, which is 77.9% proportionment in the 95 poultry breeding. The incidence and mortality of Colibacillosis is different beteen standard hennery with 15.3% incidence and 7.4% mortality with individual hennery with 45.8% incidence and 13.3% mortality. Colibacillosis with other diseases intercurrently is the primary mode. The serology of 95 E.coli was investigated. The result shows that serum type consists 14 kinds and 4 kinds including O78(15),O2(12),O15(11),O11(9)are preponderant in all 14 kinds serum type.Part two: Microbial sensitivity tests has been conducted in this part. The result shows 95 E.coli are drug-fast incoordinately. 95 E.coli are susceptive to Cefotaxime, Ceftriaxone, Fosfomycin and Florfenicol(65%～92%). The great mass of 95 E.coli(83%) are drug-fast for more than 6 drug.Part three: Clinic medication therapeutics test has been conducted in the 23 henhouse with the drug of Cefotaxime, Ceftriaxone, Fosfomycin and Florfenicol.The results show the drugs are effectual with mortality between 0.56% with 1.23%,and cure rate between 98.1% with 99.2%.
