Study On Molecular Genetic Markers For Laying-Related Traits In The Nong-An-Zi Geese

This experiment was carried out to study the relationship of RAPD molecular genetic markers and the markers of the laying traits in Nong An Zi Goose as well as this technique using in the animal breeding.Blood samples for DNA extraction were obtained from Nong An Zi Goose . The results as follow:Nine RAPD primers were selected an amplified in RAPD analysis in genomic DNA of 120 Nong An Zi Goose in dividuals ,and 782 specific bands(64.05%) distributed in 90 individuals were obtained. Study showed that 7 primers (RMA01 RMA05 RMA07 RMB10 RMC01 RMC06 RMD02 RMD06 RMD09) could be used in the marker study of the goose egg traits.About analyse of the body weight at first egg trait, we had identified the combined band-pattern EG,BEGH,EGH and B with RMA01 primer, the combined band-pattern D, EGIK and IK with RMA05 primer,the band pattern B and C with RMA07 primer, the band pattern BG, BGH with RMB10 primer as the superiority bands to the body weight in goose.About analyse of the egg production of 50 weeks trait ,we had identified the combined band-pattern BG and CEGH with RMC01 primer, the combined band-pattern B, ABDF with RMC06 primer, the combined band-pattern CFG with RMD02 primer, the combined band-pattern ABF with RMD06 primer , the combined band-pattern C with RMD09 primer as the superiority bands to the body weight in goose.About analyse of the body weight at first egg trait , We had identified the E, G, H bands with RMA01 primer, I,K bands with RMA05 primer, C band with RMA07 primer, B,G bands with RMB10 primer could be viewed as the dominant bands to t the body weight at first egg trait; thereinto, the E, G bands with RMA01 primer, the K bands with RMA05 primer, the B band with RMB10 primer were the bands linked to the body weight at first egg traits in Nong -An-Zi Goose.About analyse of the egg production of 50 weeks trait , We had identified the G,C bands with RMC01 primer, B,D bands with RMC06 primer, C, G bands with RMD02 primer, A, B bands with RMD06 primer, C band with RMD09 could be viewed as the dominant bands to the the egg production of 50 weeks weight traits ; thereinto, the G band with RMC01 primer, D band with RMC06 primer, G bands with RMD02 primer, A band with RMD06 primer were the bands linked to the egg production of 50 weeks traits in Nong An Zi Goose.
