This experiment was carried out to study the relationship of ISSR molecular genetic markers and the markers of the meat traits in sample as well as this technique using in the animal breeding. Blood samples for DNA extraction were obtained from JiLin White Geese at the age of 70 days. The results as follow:Slaughter ratio 84%,half net thorax weight ratio 90.0%, whole net thorax weight ratio 80.2% of JiLin White Geese at the age of 70 days.Four ISSR primers were selected an amplified in ISSR analysis in genomic DNA of 30 JiLin White Goose in dividuals , and 302 specific bands(31.4%) distributed in 24 individuals were obtained. Study showed that 4 primers (AK89, AK91, AK92 and AK93) could be used in the marker study of the goose slaughter traits.About analyse of slaughter body weight trait , we had identified the combined band-pattern ABG, BG with AK89 primer, the combined band-pattern C, AB and GHJK with AK91 primer, the band pattern with AK92 primer, the band pattern A, D with AK93 primer as the superiority combined band-pattern to the body weight in goose. We had identified the A, B bands with AK89 primer, B, G bands with AK91 primer, G, H bands with AK92 primer, A bands with AK93 primer could be viewed as the dominant bands to the slaughter weight traits; thereinto, the B, G bands with AK91 primer, the G bands with AK92 primer were the bands linked to the meat traits in JiLin White Goose.About analyse of whole net thorax weight trait ,we had identified the combined band-pattern ABG,BG,GH and BGI with AK89 primer, the combined band-pattern C, AB, GHJK with AK91 primer, the combined band-pattern A, AEGH with AK92 primer, the combined band-pattern DI with AK93 primer as the superiority bands to the body weight in goose.We had identified the A, B bands with AK89 primer, B , G, I bands with AK91 primer, A , E, H bands with AK92 primer, A, I bands with AK93 primer could be viewed as the dominant bands to the slaughter weight traits ; thereinto, the A band with AK89 primer, B band with AK91 primer, A band with AK92 primer, A band with AK93 primer were the bands linked to the whole net thorax weight traits in JiLin White Goose.T-test on the ISSR amplified products of genomic DNA polymorphism in JiLin WhiteGoose was performed Using SAS 6.12. It was found that A ,H bands with AK89 primer, B , G, F bands with AK91 primer, G band with AK92 primer had significant correlation with slaughter body weight trait in JiLin White Goose. So the six bands could be used as quantity trait marker loci for the selection of body weight in JiLin White Goose.lt was found that A, I bands with AK89 primer, B, H bands with AK91 primer, A, D bands with AK93 primer had significant correlation with whole net thorax weight trait in JiLin White Goose.
