Superovulation is an important step embryoes engineering, perfect superovulation technique makes up of the precondition of success in Embryo Transfer. The use of extrogen hormone on animals can acquire more mature oocytes and embryoes , witch located in different development stages, than normal condition one time, therefore superovulation is the most efficient mean of get mass embryos in the study of animal production currently. None of the effect of superovulation is satisfaction in existence, the dose of hormone is also a trouble in the disposal process of superovulation, lower dose can not arose more oocytes mature and higher dose may bring "The syndrome of excess stress", then reduce the callback rate of oocytes.The main reason of restricting the development of mammalian biology technique is the shortage of oocytes providing. The common use is collecting the oocytes from the killed animal ovary in slaughterhouse to mature in vitro, but both the quantity and quality of oocytes are difficulty to guarantee; another mean is use hormone to stimulate animal, make it produce more oocytes than normal, witch called "supeoovulation". This mean is applied widely in livestock, basic theoretic study of laboratory animal embryology, cloning technique, transgene technique and so on, whereas the effect of superovulation is affected by many factors, such as the heredity characteristic of animal, physical status, nutrition status, age, the phase of estrus cycle, function of ovary, season , the kind and dosage of hormone etc.This experiment, is completed from 1-12 month in year 2005.
