The study was devised to evaluate the effects of using different hormone schemes on the results of estrus synchronization and superovulation . In the process of estrous synchronization , all cows were assigned to 4 treatment groups. The 4 groups were given 0.3mg, 0.4mg, 0.5mg and 0.6mg cloprostenol respectively and the rate of estrus synchronization were 72.0%, 88.5% , 81.5% and 68.0% correspondingly. Te results of treatments with 0.4mg and 0.5mg were better compared with groups 0.3mg and 0.6mg cloprostenol, with sharp difference (P<0.05). Taking the treatment of 0.4mg cloprostenol with twice injection for control group, taking the treatment of GnRH+PG for experimental group, the rate of estrus synchronization in the experimental group and control group were 89.3% and 88.5% respectively, judging by x2, the difference was not sharp (P>0.05). The results of estrous synchronization indicated that the fittest schemes were the groups with treatment of 0.4mg and 0.5mg cloprostenol.In the process of superovulation, 192 cows were treated with 3 different schemes P4+FSH+PGF2a+BST(â… ), FSH+cloprostenol(â…¡) and FSH+PVP+PGF2a(â…¢). 165 cows were treated once again. The results were following: the rate of superovulation was 95.2%, the mean number of eecytes collected was 9.95, the mean number of embryos collected was 6.65, the total transferable embryos was 2162. The interval was 50 days between the two treatments of superovulation. The rate of superovulation of the second treatment (92.7%) was less 4.8% than the first treatment. The mean number oocytes collected (9.98) was corresponding with the first treatment (P>0.05). The range of variation of the second treatment (±6.87) was much significant than the first treatment (±5.43).The mean number of transferable embryos (6.27) was less 2.5% than the first treatment (P>0.05).The range of variation (±5.12) was much significant than the first treatment (±4.86).The mean number oocytes of the second and the third calves were 9.43±7.32 and 10.82±5.26respectively(P>0.05). The mean number of transferable embryos of the second and the third calves were 6.23 ±5.63 and 6.57 ± 4.51 respectively(P>0.05) The mean number oocytes collected of treatments with scheme â… , â…¡ and â…¢ were 10.14±4.72,9.76±5.43 and 9.98±6.87 and the mean number of transferable embryos were 6.52 ±4.86, 6.31 ±5.12 and 6.23 + 5.31 respectively. The results of scheme â… was better than scheme â…¡ and scheme â…¢ (P>0.05).The results indicated that the fittest scheme was P4+FSH+PGF2a+BST.1319 embryos of class A and 562 embryos of class B had been treated by freezing directly(loaded in the slight plastic tube with one step freezing) to produce frozen embryos. |
