Study On Superovulation Of Yak

This paper was studied on superovulation and synchronization of yak in Datong county of Qinghai province and Tianzhu county of Gansu province. 12 Datong yaks after natural oestrus 8 to 13 days were treated with cloprostenol for synchronization. The estrus rate is 100%. 17 Tianzhu Whilte yaks were treated with cloprostenol at twice injection.The results indicated oestrus rate is 41.2% after first injection, 58.8% after second injection. 25 to 36 hours after injection, the oestrus rate is 23.5ï¼…, 37 to 48 hours after injection, the oestrus rate is58.5ï¼…. 12 Datong yaks which have been synchronization were divided into 4 groups, and respective treated with FSH8.4mg, FSH8.5mg enwrapped by PVP, FSH15mg produced by New Zealand for superovulation. 14 Tianzhu Whilte yaks which have been treatment of synchronization were divided into 3 groups, and respective treated with FSH9.0mg, FSH9.0mg enwrapped by PVP and PMSG3000iu for superovulation.The results were retrieved 17 embryos, 12 available embryos, average 4 available embryos that treated with FSH8.8mg, 2 embryos, 2 available embryos, average 0.7 available embryos that treated with FSH15mg of New Zealand in Datong Yak, no embryos in others. The results indicate that synchronization bring about obvious effect that treated with CLO during reproduce season in yak. The oestrus time is between 25 and 48 hours after inhection. Twice injection is better than once injection with CLO. The external purified FSH8.8mg can stimulate Follicle development and mature, have superovulated effect. It is not obvious effect on yak that deal with FSH8.4mg, FSH8.5mg enwrapped by PVP, FSH15mg of New Zealand in Datong yak and deal with FSH9.0mg, FSH9.0mg enwrapped by PVP, PMSG3000iu in Tianzhu Whilte yak .
