Through the syetematically studying on the quality of Flos lonicerae xianglei. we can make a base for its producing, using, embodied in pharmacopoeia, development and utilization. This article had studied on the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of flos lonicerae xianglei.Methods :Many methods adopted were optimized in extracting of active substance of flos lonicerae xianglei. The HPLC fringerprint spectrum of flos lonicerae xianglei was established through comparing with lonicera macranthoides and flos lonicera japonica. The quality of flos lonicera xianglei was appraised through comparing with antibacterium effectioncy in vitro. The film coated tablet of extract of flos lonicera xianglei was prepared. Its quality was studied. The activity of the polyphenol oxidase of flos lonicerae xianglei tea examed in UV spectrophotometry. The content of chlorogenic acid was detected in them by HPLC.Results:1.The collective ratio of active substances of flos lonicera was the highest by combining ethanol with water which was apparently increased by cellulase degration.2.The efficiency of steam distillation was low while the CO2-SFE is more than 100 time higher in extracting the naphtha of flos lonicerae. The best extract condition is the temperature in T048℃, T150℃,T230℃, the pressure in P028MPa, P1 10MPa, P25MPa, the velocity of flow in 18 L/h, the extract time in 120-150min.3.The chlorogenic acid of high purity was the steadiest in PH3-4,and unstable in alkalescence solution.
