The scales of 'Sorbonne', 'Mera star', 'Siberia', 'Lilium davidii' were used to study systematically soilless cutting skills of Oriental lily from pretreatment of scales, cutting medium to nutrition solution. The results indicated:(1) using broken dormancy bulbs which experienced disinfection and exposing could prevent it from rot and enhance propagation index; (2) The oriental Lilium information of bulblets is lower than 'Lilium davidii'. There is little difference among the oriental Lilium varietes on information of bulblet, so all four varieties can be propagated bulbs though cutting.(3) When scales are proposed by nutrition solution, the information of bulblet is very regular: information of bulblet is almost located in inside 1 —2mm of wound, the root is formed below of bulblet. (4)When forming buds are carrying out in man-control box and under 20-22℃ ,the differences of mediums leads the equal differenceson of the information of bulblet and information of bud.The results are M₁ is better, then is M₅;(5)Using scales which is proposed by nutrition solution can enhance differentiation and equal rate ,which is necessary before cutting,and it can be improved the numbers of buds and roots(6) Using perlite and sponge as fixity and nutrition solution Y₁ Y₂ Y₃ as irrigation solution, the bulblet grow well in them. (7)To use the whole scales without any hurt for cutting is better, and it can be improve the recover of hurts and information of buds.
