Endometritis is one of postnatal bacterial infection diseases, now pathogenic bacterias become resistant to many kinds of antibiotics because of the misusing, which have seriously affection to cow breeding. To isolate effective antibiotics, this research adopted 50 samples from 50 cows each season(summer, autumn, winter) determined for troubling endometritis, and 65 samples each season from the environment in an intensive dairy farm of northern pastoral area, isolating and identifying pathogenic bacterias from the samples both the cows and the environment, then doing 27 kinds of antibiotics sensitive test of the main pathogenic bacterias, finally studing the correlation analysis between them. The result of the research, 117 strains of 7 species pathogenic bacterias from the cow samples(64.96% of total are Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus Aureus and Streptococcus) and 81 strains of 7 species from the environment samples were isolated in summer. 98 strains of 7 species pathogenic bacterias from the cow samples(65.31% of total are Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus Aureus and Streptococcus)and 64 strains of 7 species from the environment samples were isolated in autumn. 76 strains of 7 species pathogenic bacterias from the cow samples(65.31% of total are Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus Aureus and Streptococcus)and 42 strains of 7 species from the environment samples were isolated in winter.Antibiotics sensitivity test showed endometritis and environment pathogenic bacterias in this three seasons all showed secondary sensitive to Gentamycin, Ofloxacin, Levofloxacin. Pathogenic bacterias of this two kinds of samples all performed similar resistant to Novobiocin, Rifampicin, Ampicillin, Sulfamethoxazolum-Trimethoprimum, Aztreonam, Norfloxacin. All pathogenic bacterias weren't highly sensitive to any kind of particular antibiotics. It can be concluded from above results that endometritis pathogenic bacterias come from the environment, and endometritis is caused by the environment too.
