In order to verify the scientific harvesting and curing technology and improve the quality of HongHuaDaJinYuan in Huidong County.Studied the effect on cured leaves caused by different grades of maturity, different modes of harvesting, different curing technology and different baking barns. The results were as follows.1. Different parts of the different harvest maturity on leaf economic traits and quality of impact. Comprehensive analysis the apparent quality, economic traits, the main chemical composition and sensory analysis of cured tobacco leave, The results show that the lower leaves of the XM3 treatment (7 percent yellow) and the middle leaves of the CM3 treatment (8 percent yellow) were best. The upper leaves of the BM2 treatment (8 percent yellow) and BM3 treatment (9 percent yellow) were nearly in the better level.2. The effects of different harvesting modes of top leaf on appearance quality, chemical components, sensory quality and main economical characters were inconsistent. The treatment 5 upper leaves had better economic characters and better chemical composition, which sensory evaluation is best. Picking method of 5 upper leaves with stalk could get optimum quality effect. The treatment 5 upper leaves with stem had better comprehensive quality than than the one without stem.3. The effects of different yellowing temperatures and different drying stem temperatures on appearance quality, chemical components, sensory quality and main economical characters were inconsistent.38℃yellowing temperature was best in the above four treatment.45℃drying stem temperatures was best in the above four treatment.4. Compared with three types of flue-curing barn, the tobacco quality of curing barn is best, next is Bulk curing barn refited by ordinary curing barn, the traditional curing barn was worst.
