In order to screen the suitable bulk curing barn baking parameter in the yellowing stage, the effection to the cost of baking, the appearance quality, the economic character, the aroma substances and chemical components through setting the wet and dry bulb temperature and defining the diagnostic parameter had been studied in this paper. The results showed that:1. The luges in the yellowing stage, the dry bulb temperature should be rise in the speed of 1℃/h until 38℃, then kept the dry bulb temperature in 38℃and wet bulb temperature in 36℃till the lugs turned 80 percent yellow degree, the whole leaf and 1/2 major veins became soft. And then rise the dry bulb temperature to 41℃, kept the dry bulb temperature in 41℃and wet bulb temperature in 38℃till the lugs reached basically yellow, the lugs fully wilting, the main vein fully softened. Further heat up to color fixing method of baking. Using these baking technology, the cost of baking were been reduced, the appearance of cured leaf quality, the ratio of upper and middle cured leaves and the average price were been improved, the chemical quality were been coordinated.2. Using these baking technology, the appearance of cured leaf quality, the ratio of upper cured leaves and the average price were been improved, the chemical quality were been coordinated, the content of reducing sugar became higher, the content of starch became lower, and the content of nicotine became appropriate.3. And then rise the dry bulb temperature to 43℃, kept the dry bulb temperature in 43℃and wet bulb temperature in 38℃till the lugs reached basically yellow, the lugs fully wilting, the main vein fully softened. Further heat up to color fixing method of baking. Using these baking technology, the ratio of upper cured leaves and the average price were been improved, the ratio of fresh quality leaves and dry leaves quality was the lowest, the appearance of cured leaf quality was been bettered also, increased the proportion of orange color cured leaves, the chemical quality were been coordinated, the content of reducing sugar became higher, the content of starch became lower, and the content of nicotine became appropriate.
