This test conducted a preliminary experimental study on bulk-curing barn from two aspects that different contrast experiments and baking technology on bulk-curing barn, in seeking to affordable housing and a roast of the baking for natural, living standards of economic and for the future promotion of intensive barn to provide a scientific basis for reference.The results showed that:(1) Different of bulk-curing barn screening test showed that the different curing of the tobacco bulk curing barn fresh and dry weight, appearance quality traits of different economic, considering the impact of the indicators, XIANG MI on the 1st, XING DONG HUI contiguous large-scale cultivation for the region, village by village organizations preferred. Tobacco cultivation for a CHANG LIU on the 2nd small (10 acres or less), could promote the use of actual conditions. (2) The bulk-curing barn curing of various physiological changed impacts on the quality of tobacco leaf mixed. Process of curing the leaves of the overall downward trend in starch content, starch content decreased beneficial to improve the quality of tobacco; total sugar content increases, was conducive to enhancing the quality of cured leaf, good economic traits; protein reduction, favorable to improved tobacco aroma and taste; chlorophyll reduction was the major flavor components in the process of production; no significant effect of nicotine on tobacco quality. (3) For the middle leaf, be prepared baking pre-dry and wet bulb temperature was 38℃,36℃; baking medium dry and wet bulb temperature was 42℃,38℃;To the upper leaves, pre-baking be prepared dry and wet bulb temperature was 38℃,36℃, medium dry and wet bulb temperature was 42℃,37℃, this program would make against improve leaf quality, quality, aroma.
