From 2008 to 2010,the experiment in the Bamboo Forest of Taojiang County Forest Research Institute complete experimental forest, the major study of this experiment is straw mulching and application of different fertilizers and bio-regulators on yield efficiency of phyllostachys pubescence, was as follows:NO.1 Straw mulching on soil and shoot rate of bamboo shoot stand(1) After rice straw covering soil, the situation of the rate of bamboo shoots and growth rate are significantly improve, bamboo shoots weight was increased by 1.575%~69.348%. Besides, under the same treatment, after rice straw covering soil mature phase of growth and bamboo shoots of the experimental forest are higher by 9.530%~18.394% than CK's(2) After rice straw covering soil, the soil water content was significantly higher than CK's in 20~30 cm, and the trial period, straw mulching to the soil moisture dynamic curve slope compared with CK to ease, in experimental period of dynamic changes of bamboo forest soil moisture, the experimental forest are higher by 2.065% than CK's at rice straw covering profile soil 20~30 cm.(3) In the bamboo forest land with rice straw covering, the relaxation of surface temperature change trend alleviate, curve slope smaller. The difference of its lowest and maximum temperature was 7.9℃, while the CK's is as high as 10℃. Rice straw covering soil moisture irrigation soil temperature diurnal variation, that is, in the same rice straw covering, the different soil depth of land irrigated and non-irrigation, the different treatment temperature by measured is showed that:1 day soil temperature 0~5cm on the maximum variation,10~15cm is second,20~25cm is minimumNO.2 Fertilization on the growth of bamboo shoot forest(1) On the selected three test plots, after applied manure, urea and NH3HCO3, the two main index of bamboo height and diameter growth, the stands have different levels of gain when the fertilization compared with the CK's, the high and bamboo diameter at breast height gain were 49.5%, 55.0% in the rice straw covering soil and gain significant effect, differences in the number of bamboo and bamboo phyllostachys pubescence in the diameter size of the control test is not very intuitive(2) Under the same conditions, as a nutrient available phosphorus and potassium of phosphate potassium selenium enriched plants, selenium in increasing yield, there is the phenomenon, while with the increase in the amount of selenium, the production was Increase. Because it can activate the large population of microorganisms in the soil, so, it can improve soil quality, potassium phosphate selenium than the yield on the role of phyllostachys pubescent, zinc sulfate is smaller.NO.3 Plant growth regulator used on the bamboo shoot forest of yieldAfter use GGR-6, both in quantity and sunrise bamboo shoots in the daily growth rate, the experiment was significantly higher than CK's; the same time, experiments in the bamboo shoots and the case of the same height, compared to the CK's, the daily growth rate to be significantly higher than the CK's.
