| Rice is the main crop that accounts for more than 60% of the grain output in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and its yield and quality directly affect food security.Therefore,it has become an breakthroughs.Plant growth regulators can regulate the growth and development of rice and effectively solve the problems in rice production.A new plant growth regulator WGF was selected in this experiment."Guangliangxiang No.2" was used as the test variety.Rice was treated by soaking seeds and 6 different treatment groups were set.Canola and canola,distribution processing group as the positive control group,the system studied WGF live in the role of rice seed soaking,explore the use of WGF influence on rice seeds germination index,analysis of live on rice plant agronomic traits and physiological metabolism at different development stages,lodging resistance,production quality control effect,the results are as follows:(1)In the plate-accelerating germination test,all the treatment groups adding WGF could significantly improve the germination indexes of rice seeds,that is,the germination potential,germination rate,root length and bud length of rice seeds soaked were significantly higher than those of the control group.The germination potential,germination rate,root length and bud length were significantly increased by 2.05%,2.01%,22.47% and 29.44%,respectively,compared with the CK-2 control group.(2)In the tray test,rice seeds treated with different regulators could improve the growth and development of rice seedlings at 10%,20% and 30% soil moisture content,respectively.Seedling height,seedling base width and leaf age in WGF treatment group all reached the maximum under different soil water content,followed by WGF combination treatment group.The seedling root length and root number were significantly increased compared with the control group CK-1 and CK-2.In conclusion,rice seedlings treated with WGF and WGF combined treatments were least affected by different soil moisture content,and both treatments could significantly improve various growth indexes of rice.(3)In the field cultivation experiment,the plant height,stem base width and tiller number of direct seeding rice in each growth period were significantly increased in WGF treatment group.The plant height and stem base width increased the most at tillering stage,and increased by 27.70% and 14.81% compared with CK-2 control group,respectively.WGF treatment group promoted the accumulation of fresh weight and dry matter at the tillering stage,and then increased the root-shoot ratio of plants at the tillering stage,and the root-shoot ratio under WGF treatment reached the maximum value of 15.68% among all treatments.At the full heading stage,the regulation effect of WGF treatment on tillering number was the most significant,which was13.56% higher than that of CK-2 control group.The influence of different of WGF processing of rice plant at full panicle stage sword leaf long regulation effect is best,long sword leaf growth degree after full panicle stage gradually reduce,in the growth period,sword leaf area under WGF treatment group were significantly higher than that of control group,the effective regulation of plant agronomic status quo,Promote the growth and development of rice.(4)The SPAD value and nitrogen balance index of flag leaf of rice plants treated with WGF were significantly higher than those of control group,and the nitrogen balance index of flag leaf of rice plants treated with WGF reached the maximum value of 19.36(5)Different regulator after processing can affect live rice stem lodging resistance,improved after full panicle stage stem morphological features,but also improves the plant stem bending moment and bending force stalks mechanics characteristics,including WGF processing group of the top of the basal internode 2 through ear length and fresh weight increases the most obvious effect.These changes in morphological characteristics of rice improved the lodging resistance of stem and decreased the lodging index of stem.Among them,the bending resistance of stem in WGF treatment group was at the maximum value among all treatments,and the bending moment of stem was also significantly increased and reached a significant level compared with other groups.(6)After WGF seed handling,broadcast live on rice spike length,the effective panicles,spike grain weight and grain yield components can be significantly increased by improving the rice increase rice yield,seed setting of WGF treatment group under various production elements maximum indexes in the treatment group,but there was no significant difference between treatment group with WGF;Compared with the clear water control group CK-2,the theoretical yield and actual yield of rice in WGF treatment group increased by 41.62% and 18.46%,respectively,compared with the theoretical yield of CK-2.(7)Compared with the control group,the processing quality and appearance quality of rice grains were improved by soaking seeds in WGF treatment,and the roughness rate,melled rice rate and whole melled rice rate reached the maximum among all treatments,which were increased by 0.70%,2.15% and 4.24%,respectively,compared with the clear water control group CK-2.The length-width ratio of rice grains in the WGF compound treatment group was1.22% higher than that in the clear water control group,reaching the maximum among all treatment groups,and the effect was basically the same as that in the WGF treatment group. |
