Mini Potato energy problem has been the concern of many experts, the issue of Mini Potato vitality of thought is the origin and production of potato industry to promote the development of a practical need to use, control, seed vigor, in order to obtain high-quality micro-potato, to increase production purposes. In production practice, what kind of storage means storage of micro-potato potato species to ensure that seed vigor, so neat growing field production to guide the actual production. Seeds fall will lead to weak seedlings, seedlings and other results missing, but the growth of seed vigor on various other physiological and biochemical indicators of whether that plant will have an impact resistance, this is rarely reported. In this study, under different storage methods for the different varieties of potato micro-tubers used to study the different modes mini potato seed storage and plant physiological activity changes in results are as follows:1. Different storage methods on the two varieties of mini potato moisture content and large, three kinds of storage methods and water content were decreased to room temperature the most serious, and stored at low temperature when the highest seed vigor, from the micro-tubers under different storage conditions water content of view, cold conditions conducive to reducing the seed moisture loss and maintain the vitality of micro-tubers. So you can see the appropriate storage methods and temperature can increase the vitality of micro-tubers and aging ability.2.
