| According to crop fertilizer and soil fertility characteristics, agricultural production often use with several fertilizer nutrients to meet crop needs. To study the effects of compounding different formulations, it is need to do tests of the fertilizer granulation in the laboratory ,and the granulation volume and particle size are needed to control every time. So it requires small granulator, granulating disc rotation speed and angle stepless adjustable to meet the needs of fertilizer particle size. The most commonly used fertilizer granulation production process is the agglomeration process, actually disc granulator is used in industrial production, but it can not meet the requirements of granulation laboratory test because of bulky, rotation speed and angle not adjusted freely. Therefore, the study and design of the micro-fertilizer granulator to meet the requirements in the laboratory has important practical significance. Mainly includes is the following:(1)Researched and designed a new micro-fertilizer granulation machine, and a new type of fertilizer formulations is met the scientific research of small doses of granulation on the technological requirements. The machine is mainly included by the angle adjusting mechanism granulating disc, stainless steel body granulating disc, speed motor, gearbox, belt drive and the chassis and other components. By turning hand wheel, worm gear drives granulating disc floor whirling, then granulating disk stepless angle adjustment is realized, and granulating disk stepless speed adjustment is realized by the speed motor system. The requirement of granulation particle size is satisfied by all of this.(2)By using three-dimensional modeling techniques of UG software, the three-dimensional solid model parts of micro-fertilizer granulator type is built, and the model of virtual assembly is carried out. By using kinematic analysis function of UG software, kinematic simulation of micro-fertilizer granulation machine is carried out, and the best design is get through the analysis and optimization of virtual prototype. (3)Results of test show that, granulating disc inclination can be stepless adjustment between 0~360°, granulating disc rotation speed can be stepless adjustment between 8~100 (rpm), particle granulation is spherical, pass rate is more than 95%.(4)Structural design is novel, operation is simple and easy to use. The machine is mainly used fertilizer research and development of new formulations in universities, research institutes and manufacturers, also used heat treatment of metal materials for penetration, and pharmaceutical and so on. It has important value and broad prospects for marketing. |
