Since 2017,the national flower consumption is increasing at an average annual rate of more than 10%.In the case of the rapid expansion of the potted flower market,the demand of the automatic potted flower transplanting device is also increasing,and the key to the automatic flower transplanting technology is to design a mechanism to pick the flower seedling and plant the flower seedling into the flower pot.Due to the limitation of the size and structure of the non-circular gear,the displacement from the seedling clamping to the seedling planting and the flexibility of the 2R open-chain planetary gear train mechanism will be greatly limited.In this paper,the flower disc transplanting mechanism of planetary gear system based on the motion analysis of 3R open-chain linkage group is proposed.By analyzing the motion of the open-chain planetary gear train,the form of the 3R open-chain planetary gear train mechanism is determined.Combined with the requirements of flower transplanting,the optimal parameter solution of the 3R open-chain planetary gear train flower disc transplanting mechanism is obtained by using 3R open-chain planetary gear train mechanism optimization design software.The three-dimensional design and simulation of the mechanism and the flower transplanting experiment are completed.Compared with the 2R open-chain planetary gear train mechanism,the 3R open-chain planetary gear train mechanism can realize the larger displacement and more reasonable seedling angle when taking and planting1)This paper analyzes the motion characteristics of the 2R open-chain planetary gear train are analyzed,puts forward the 3R open-chain planetary gear train mechanism based on the motion analysis of 3R open-chain linkage group,distinguishes the mechanism form of 3R open-chain planet gear train,and determines the basic form of planetary gear train flower disc transplanting mechanism in this paper.2)Based on the theory of rigid body guidance,the trajectory of the 2R open-chain mechanism is obtained firstly.According to the deviation angle between the trajectory of the 2R open-chain mechanism and the actual trajectory at the key point position,other relevant design parameters of 3R open-chain planetary gear train mechanism are determined,then the mathematical model of the 3R open-chain planetary gear train is obtained.3)The operation requirement of the flower disc transplanting mechanism was analyzed,and the static and dynamic track requirements of the mechanism were determined.The optimal design software of the 3R open-chain planetary gear train is developed based on MATLAB,and the rapid selection and visual output of the design result are realized.the optimal parameter solution of the 3R open-chain flower disc transplanting mechanism is obtained.4)The three-dimensional modeling of the 3R open-chain flower disc transplanting mechanism is completed by using the Solidworks software,the mechanism is simulated by using the Adams software,the correctness of the design method of the mechanism is verified.Machined parts are assembled and the experiment is finished.The flower transplanting success rate of 3R open-chain planetary gear train flower disc transplanting mechanism was 69.14%,and the pot seedling which is planted in the flower pot has good standing property.
