In this paper,the automatic batching system was designed by using the Siemens S7-300PLC as the core,combining with the configuration software of Siemens WinCC,achieving the automatic control of the feed ingredients section during the fully automated production.The system takes the method of modular design,perfecting the module function according to the field productions’ control requirement,guaranteeing upgrade and maintenance the system lately,to meet the needs of different users to build the control system.The self-learning algorithm was used to modify the lead and the inching way was employed to ensure the precision of the ingredients.The field operation shows that the automatic batching system is stable,reliable,easy to operate,and data recording is very perfect,increasing the ingredient efficiency and accuracy,and the issued production task can be realized after turn off the industrial computer which will conduct automatic production,largely reduce manpower costs.The granulation process is an important step in modern feed production,in order to obtain the stable quality of products,we should design reasonable,efficient and reliable granulating control system to improve the phenomena of jams,slippage,and shutdown,ensure that the granulating machine host current and tempering temperature precise control in the vicinity of the target value.The process of granulating contains two mutual influence control systems:electric current and temperature,in order to eliminate this effect we often adopted decoupling.The conventional control methods of decoupling are adopting the static decoupling,which can not accurately reflect the dynamic characteristic of the controlled object,unable to establish its precise mathematical models,so the conventional decoupling control system’s accuracy is not high and the control effect is not well,which cannot meet the control requirements of the system.According to the feature that the granulating process cannot built the precise model of the control object,the fuzzy control is applied to the compensation decoupling,realize the fuzzy decoupling of control system.According to the design requirements and the experience to design two independent fuzzy controllers of host current and modulation-character temperature for preliminary control,on the basis of the host current and tempering temperature coupling design fuzzy decoupling controller.Through fuzzy inference and defuzzification to obtain the exact amount output of control system,to eliminate the greatest extent coupling effect of the host current and tempering temperature,achieve the goal of the decoupling of current and temperature.The fuzzy compensation decoupling control algorithm was designed on S7-200 PLC,using the touch screen watch the test effect of the fuzzy decoupling control.From the test results of the control system,we learn that fuzzy decoupling control plan is possible,using fuzzy compensation decoupling controller can greatly improve the granulating effect,and advanced the extent of automation greatly.
