Functional architectural model of forestry application system with high hierarchi cal quality and strong organization is able to speed up the data streaming, accelerat e the system running and beneficial to system maintenance. Forest informationizatio n boosts forest modernization. Under the background of digital forestry and digital earth, the request of functional architectural model of forestry application system is higher than before, the keystone is to buildup connectedness and reachability of fun ctional architectural modules of forestry application system.The research takes related theory of complex networks as tools, gives compreh ensive analysis to the feature of functional architectural model of forestry applicatio n system, selects the wildlife management information system of Guangzhou for ins tance and makes statistics for the instance. Based on the data analysis, the research uses preferential attachment of scale-free networks, optimizes and reconstructs the f ormer functional architectural model, and at last evaluates the optimization and reco nstruction. The primary coverage and conclusion are as follows:(1) Analyzing the system feature and giving examples to functional architectura 1 model of parts of forestry application systems in common use, the research propo ses whole understanding of forestry application system. It involves all management systems applies to forestry, such as forestry resource administration management sys tem, forestry harmful biological system, forest fires management information system and so on.(2) The research selects the wildlife management information system of Guangz hou for instance, statistical investigates codes connecting proportion of system functi onal modules when a great deal of users operates the system, and takes the proport ion as data foundation for researching.(3) Analyzing feature of data and combining the preferential attachment peculia rity of scale-free networks, the research obtains a conclusion that the mutual relatio nship of system functional architectural modules accords with the basic characteristi c of scale-free networks in complex networks. The conclusion rationalizes the resear ch method that based on complex networks.(4) Using scale-free feature of complex networks, the research optimizes the str ucture of 34 functional modules in instance system, sets up 102 optimizing links in all. Taking the 34 leafy codes modules of system functional structure graph for co des, and taking the 95 links for edges(102 optimizing links gets rid of repeat conn ections), the research reconstructs a system functional structure model.(5) Calculating eigenvalues of system functional structure model graph after opt imizing and reconstructing, the research obtains the degree distribution of system fu nctional structure model graph is k=2.794, typical route length is L(G)=3.17, accu mulation coefficient is C(G)=0.70. The feature of model that is high aggregation degree and brief typical route accords with the feature of small-world networks.(6) Measuring two important index of complex networks which is power-law i ndexλand degree distribution p(k), and calculating the difference of average conn ecting steps, the research evaluates the set up system functional structure model. Th e statistical results after calculation are that power-law index changes from 2.72 to 2.32, degree distribution curve changes, too, and the difference of average connecti ng steps increases as the adding codes number and uses 0.23 as radix. (the change rule can depicts asΔLpn=0.23×(N-1),N≥2, that is to sayΔLp2=0.23,ΔLp3=0.46,ΔLp4=0.69, and by parity of reasoning.)The research uses complex networks theory to investigate functional architectur al model of forestry application system, this method is innovative in mode of think ing, but some problems still needs more research. The problems are as follows:con cept of forestry application system absents a uniform definition at present; complex networks theory is imperfect, its researching is in the primary stage in our country and consummate complex networks system isn't form; the evaluating index system of optimizing and reconstructing is faulty incomplete and need more research.
