Between May-November in 2009 years,the research was carried in the study field of Horticulture Branch of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The soil type is Black. Designed by general rotational regression method and cultivated by means of small region culture in field,effects of different N,P,K dosage,density level and Space allocation on the morphological and physiology index of Astragalus were studied.The main research results are as follows:Plant spacing have a significant effect on the root activity and morphological index such as root diameter, root dry weight, root to shoot ratio and leaf area. The best plant spacing is 2 cm in early, 20 cm mid and late.Fertility on the morphological index such as root diameter ect, N, P and K have more significant role in promoting in the 25 and 100 days, conducive to optimal growth of Astragalus; on the physiology index, Nitrogen is obvious effect on the root activity in the 75 and 125 days,P and K have obvious effect on the root activity in the 25 and 125 days, K is obvious effect on the Chlorophyll in the 100 days, P and K have obvious effect on the soluble sugar in the 50 days.For the purposes of annual Astragalus, fertilization group have more 0.357% astragaloside than the control group, conducive to the astragaloside accumulation. The best Astragalus farming practice is ridge and 45cm ridge distance.
