This paper takes Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bunge as the study object(collected from Zhendong Astragalus base from Changzhi,Shanxi Province).Based on plant secondary metabolism adversity effect theory,biological nitrogen fixation and green manure application principle and significance,combining with the field test and laboratory test,we studied the effects of different proportion of fertilizer(elicitor SA,SNP,NAA,nitrogen-fixing bacteria T16,T21,green manure made by Astragalus stem leaf)on the production,quality of Astragalus and soil nutrients.The purpose is screening the optimal ratio of fertilizer to improve the quality of Astragalus effectively.The results of the study are as follows1.The quality and production of Astragalus were affected significantly by SA,SNP and NAA concentration levels.SA promoted the accumulation of flavonoids,and the influence from big to small is 15 umol/L>10 umol/L>20 umol/L;SNP contributed to the accumulation of saponins,and the influence from big to small is 15 mmol/L>10 mmol/L>25 mmol/L>20mmol/L;NAA promoted the accumulation of polysaccharide,and the influence from big to small is 1.0 mg/L>0.6 mg/L>0.8 mg/L>1.2 mg/L2.According to the method of L34 design four factors and three levels in the test,then analysis the datas by principal component analysis and single factor variance analysis,the results showed that the treatment 4 is more effective,the best combination is:15 mmol/LSNP,1.23 Kg of green manure,106/ml for T16,109/ml for T21.Compared with treatment ck,the dry weight of Astragalus root increased by 50.52%,the accumulation of flavonoids increased by 74.5%,the quantity of saponins increased by 63.18%,the accumulation of polysaccharides in root increased by 30.7%,improved the production and quality of Astragalus significantly3.Different ratio of fertilizer can improve the soil nutrient contents and promote the growth of Astragalus,the treatment 4 is the best,soil nutrient contents are stable and compared with ck,the soil organic matter increased by 7.23%,total N,P,K contents increased by 3.69%,17.59%,17.59%,available N,P,K contents increased by 8.96%,33.16%and 33.16%The treatment 4 is the best proportion because it can not only improve the quality and production of Astragalus effectively,but also improve the soil nutrient contents.This research providestheoretical basis for Astragalus cultivation.
