| Astragalus mongholicus is a well-known naturceutical in Chinese traditional medicine. In recent years, most of the researches about this popular Chinese medicine are focused on its effective components such as Astragalus Polysaccharides and Astragalus Saponins, however, some other useful ingredients are neglected. A novel hybrid technology was utilized to extract Astragalus Polysaccharides, Astragalus Saponins and Isoflavones simultaneously in this project. The optimum conditions of isolation and purification of effective ingredients of Astragalus mongholicus were studied comparatively.Based on the different solubilities of Astragalus Polysaccharides, Astragalus Saponins and Isoflavones in ethanol and water, ethanol was used to extract Astragalus Saponins and Isoflavones, subsequently water was used to extract Astragalus Polysaccharides.Resin adsorption was used to separate Astragalus Saponins and Isoflavones from decoction. The interaction between Astragalus Saponins and D280 resin is different from that between Isoflavones and D280 resin, so D280 resin was used to isolate Isoflavones. AB-8 was used to purify Astragalus Saponins. The results of spectral analysis proved that the products were Isoflavones and Astragalus Saponins. The yield of the crude Isoflavones was 0.684 ï¼…, the yield and purity of Astragalus Saponins were 0.042 ï¼… and 92 % respectively.Astragalus Polysaccharides were fractionated by ultrafiltration and diafiltration, then the Astragalus Polysaccharides with molecular weight 10K to 50K Dalton were obtained by cryodring, the yield and purity of Astragalus Saponins were 15.5 ï¼… and 86.4 ï¼… respectively.In this paper, Astragalus Polysaccharides, Astragalus Saponins and Isoflavones were isolated and purified simultaneously, the yield and purity of target products were preferable. |
