Objective:This topic to lung-qi deficiency of allergic rhinitis rats model as the research object, from the interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-5 (IL-5),interferon-y (IFN-γ) and pathological morphology to explore Qi long nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis rat with lung-qi deficiency as to provide theoretical basis for the local application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the future.Method:Will be 60 SD rats were randomly divided into six groups, each group of 10, namely:the blank control group; Model group; Qi long nasal spray high dose group; Qi long nasal spray dose group; Qi long nasal spray low dose group; Positive control group (triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray). Copy lung-qi deficiency of allergic rhinitis rats model, evaluation after the success of the model, the treatment group respectively Qi long nasal spray high, medium and low dose treatment, positive control group with triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray treatment, the blank group and model group to be physiological saline, intervention in 2 weeks, observe the morphology of animals and nasal symptoms, put to death in rats, observe the serum IL-4, IL-5, the expression of IFN-γ and nasal mucosa pathological changes.Results:After the success of the lung qi deficiency animal model of allergic rhinitis replication, visible model group rats had obvious catch the symptom such as nose, sneezing and secretion, secretion smear visible acidophilic granulocyte content increased, compared with blank control group was statistically significant (P< 0.01); For 2 weeks after the symptoms in treatment group all have varying degrees of ease, compared with blank control group difference was statistically significant (P< 0.01); Model group the nasal mucous membrane intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM 1) content increased, compared with blank control group difference was statistically significant (P< 0.01); Positive control group, high dose group, middle dose group of nasal mucosa of rats ICAM-1 content to some extent, to reduce the difference was statistically significant in the model group (P< 0.05); Positive control group, high dose group of rats serum IL-4, IL-5 content is lower, the difference was statistically significant in the model group (P< 0.05); The Qi long nasal spray in each treatment group on the expression of serum content of IFN-γ compared with model group, with no statistical significance (P> 0.05).Conclusion:Qi long nasal spray can improve lung-qi deficiency of the pathological morphology of allergic rhinitis nasal mucosa of rat, inhibit eosinophil infiltration in the nasal mucosa, reduce ICAM-1 in the nasal mucosa and serum IL-4, EL-5 levels, thereby reducing the nasal secretions, to dramatically improve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis.
