Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of proprioceptive training intervention stiffness of ankle joint rehabilitation ensure an effective and safe measure.Methods:According to random number table and single blind trials, patients with ankle joint stiffness from the rehabilitation compartment of Sichuan provincial orthopedics hospital are randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group with proprioceptive training(joint mobility exercises,balance function training,the pace of training) and the traditional joint adhesion lysis technique, and the control group with single traditional joint adhesion lysis technique. Before treatment there is no significant difference between the two groups in such baseline information as gender、age、course and location of disease, and the AOFAS scores with treatment group as 50.63±16.06 and control group as 53.57±11.69. According to Chen Ming’s "herbal fumigation using" in the late of ankle injury in the literature evaluation standard of curative effect,related index measurement such as the displacement distance difference, displacement angle difference(By the machine of homemade proprioceptive tester,the patent number:ZL 2014 2 0088272.7), Barthel index, VAS, the AOFAS of ankle joint scoring scale and the ankle joint ROM are proceeded at the 0 week,the twelfth week of treatment respectively.Non-parametric statistical method is used for enumeration data, and t-test for measurement data, to observe related index before and after treatment,compute the improvement rate, analyze and evaluate the adverse reaction.Results:70 patients out of the initia174 ones are evenly divided into treatment group(T group for shorth and control group(C group for short),with 4 unqualified dropped. 1.After 12 weeks’treatment,the Visual state and invisible state of ankle joint displacement distance difference in T Group decreased from 11.56±12.16 to 7.20± 10.11, while that in C Group decreased from 11.90±6.98 to 10.06±6.78.there is significant difference before and after treatment,and between groups at the end of treatment.2.After 12 weeks’treatment,the visual state and invisible state of ankle joint displacement angle difference in T Group decreased from 3.21±3.13 to 1.87± 2.42,while that in C Group decreased from 3.60±2.41 to 3.23±2.33.there is significant difference before and after treatment,and between groups at the end of treatment.3.The AOFAS score in T Group ranges from 50.63±16.06 before treatment up to 79.06 ±11.81 after 12 weeks’treatment,while that in C Group ranges from 53.57±11.69 to 71.54±12.47.there is significant difference before and after treatment,and between groups at the end of treatment.4.The Barthel index score in T Group ranges from 64.57±18.33 before treatment up to 86.57±11.68 after 12 weeks’treatment,while that in C Group ranges from 63.43± 17.48 to 79.71±13.66.there is significant difference before and after treatment,and between groups at the end of treatment.5.The VAS in T Group decreased from 3.92±1.85 before treatment up to 1.35±1.05 after 12 weeks’treatment,while that in C Group decreased from 4.16±1.52 to 1.94± 1.29.there is significant difference before and after treatment,and between groups at the end of treatment.6.The ankle dorsiflexed ROM in T Group ranges from 5.43±12.40 before treatment up to 12.43±10.10 after 12 weeks’treatment,while that in C Group ranges from 6.57± 8.73 to 11.57±7.55.There is significant difference before and after treatment,but there is no significant difference between the two groups at the end of treatment.7.The ankle plantar flexion ROM in T Group ranges from 31.00±11.56 before treatment up to 35.29± 9.39 after 12 weeks’treatment,while that in C Group ranges from 28.43±11.10 to 33.14±8.23.there is significant difference before and after treatment,but there is no significant difference between the two groups at the end of treatment.8.The ankle varus ROM in T Group ranges from 31.00±11.56 before treatment up to 35.29±9.39 after 12 weeks’ treatment,while that in C Group ranges from 28.43±11.10 to 33.14±8.23.there is significant difference before and after treatment,but there is no significant difference between the two groups at the end of treatment.9.The ankle valgus ROM in T Group ranges from 31.00±11.56 before treatment up to 35.29±9.39 after 12 weeks’treatment,while that in C Group ranges from 28.43± 11.10 to 33.14±8.23.there is significant difference before and after treatment,but there is no significant difference between the two groups at the end of treatment.Conclusion:1.The therapy of proprioceptive training plus the traditional joint adhesion lysis technique and single joint looseining therapy has the curative effect to the rehabilitation of the ankle joint stiffness.2.The therapy of Proprioceptive training pius the traditional joint adhesion lysis technique is superior to single traditional joint adhesion lysis technique.3.The therapy of Proprioceptive training pius the traditional joint adhesion lysis technique is characterized with good and safe clinical effect, no obvious complication, and practicable operation,which contribute a lot to the application and promotion of the non-operation treatment for ankle joint stiffness,and the provision of more choices for patients with the ankle joint stiffness in patients with fracture of lower limb who do not want surgery.
