Distal Tibiofibular Syndesmosis Injury Effect And Clinical Study On Analysis Of The Causes Of Ankle Joint Stability

Objective:Discuss factors affecting the stability of the ankle. Analysis under the ankle tibial phil joint relationship between the stability of the ankle, investigate the biomechanical mechanism of traumatic ankle arthritis, combined with the data analysis under the tibial phil joint injury treatment, provide theoretical basis for clinic.Methods:1.Collected 50 cases of tibial phil joint injury cases, and the 50 cases of patients with general condition investigation, summarizes the type, observation records before and after treatment symptoms and signs and imaging changes.2. To 50 cases of tibial phil joint damage according to the treatment of patients were divided into surgical group(35 cases) and non surgical group(15 cases) were given, 3 months of treatment, observation on ankle function score, then SPSSl1.0 using statistical analysis software, the two sets of all the data by statistics method to calculate the parameters of the mean, standard deviation, and variance analysis evaluation, t test, with P < 0.05 as was statistically significant. Statistical analysis was carried on.Results: 1. Under the tibial phil joint damage to larger influence on the stability of the ankle, injury ankle stability differences before and after the treatment. 2. The symptoms and signs scores in improving ankle better than those who did not(P < 0.05); To improve ankle function better than those who did not(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Under the tibial phil are important factors which influence the stability of the ankle joint injury, should as far as possible when dealing with an ankle injury repair tibia under phil joint, make its restore the original structure and function to the greatest extent, to avoid late traumatic ankle osteoarthritis. Early surgical treatment is a safe and effective method and deserves further discussion and research.
