Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Community-acquired Pneumonia With XianMa XiaoTan Soup

(Research Objective]To observe and evaluate the effect and safety of XianMa XiaoXan Decoction treating clinical curative effect of community acquired pneumonia of heat obstruct pulmonary syndrome.[Research Methods]This subject adopts randomized controlled design collected affiliated hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital lung internal medicine 60cases of CAP(heat obstruct pulmonary syndrome),Were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group, the treatment group was given XianMa XiaoTan soup+basic treatment,the control group was given basic treatment only.After of 7 days, and observed TCM symptom score changes, the main the type of symptoms and signs major improved time; The blood leukocyte count, neutrophil percentage change, C-reactive protein, and Chest CT changes. All the date was analyzed by SPPSS 19.0 software.[Results](1)Compared in the total efficiency, total efficiency of 93.1% in treatment group, and 82.8%% in the control group, efficiency of treatment group are better than that of control group which has significant different (p<0.05)(2)In syndrome curative effect, the total effectiveness of treatment group is96.6%,while, that of the control group is 86.2%,so effectiveness of treatment group are better than that of control group which has significant different (p<0.05).(3) Compared with average score difference the of symptoms and signs major, average score difference effect in the treatment of first three days,the first seven days are all better than that of control group which has significant difference (P< 0.05)(4) Compared with only one symptoms and signs major, after treatment effect of both group patients with cough、expectoration and other symptoms and signs major except urine and stool, efficiency of treatment group are better than that of control group which has significant different (p< 0.05).(5)In inflammatory indexes, efficiency of the white blood cell> Neutrophils percentage、C-reactive protein in the first three days are better than that of the control group which has significant difference (P< 0.05),the 7th day has no obvious difference (P> 0.05).(6) In the chest CT exudates absorption effect, the treatment group has no obvious difference (P> 0.05).[Conclusion]Compared with the control group,the treatment group can obviously reduce syndromes score, improve clinical symptoms, reduce blood markers of inflammation, accelerate the improvement of the disease, the clinical effect is significant, safety and no adverse reaction.it is worth promoting.
