Objective: In order to probe into the active and effective scheme for preoperative of the total hip joint replacement in elder patients, an analysis was performed in patients over 60 year-old on the related main factors of complications.Methods: 1. Select Heze Medical College Affiliated Hospital since January 2009 to June 2014 were treated with complete medical records processing cases, cases of elderly patients after hip replacement surgery, a total of 119 cases. After 49 cases of 80 of them over the age of hip replacement surgery to correct coexisting disease, such as risk assessments were retrospectively analyzed, the control group was 80 years old age. Analysis and discussion, the coexistence of psychosis in elderly hip replacement risk. 2. Patients with preoperative comorbidities in medical history and routine medical examination results as the standard, please post the relevant department physician consultation, control of blood pressure, blood sugar, heart rate fluctuations within the allowable range. 3. Postoperative complications in patient records in symptoms, signs, and regular checks as a standard, and consultation with relevant departments opinion reference.Results: Chronic lung disease, coronary heart disease and cardiac arrhythmia, hypertension, diabetes, liver dysfunction is a major disease of elderly patients with preoperative group exists, there is a significant difference(P <0.05) and non-elderly group; and renal dysfunction, anemia two preoperative complications were no significant differences(P> 0.05) in two groups of patients with age. Preoperative coronary heart disease and the coexistence of arrhythmia, chronic lung disease, hypertension, diabetes, renal dysfunction, anemia, after two aggravating circumstances statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Of the former specificity, elderly patients, hip replacement surgery to assess the elderlyis not a taboo, but when there is coexisting medical disease psychosis, increased incidence of postoperativecomplications.2. After preoperative comorbidities correct handling, absolutely most elderly patients can be safely through the perioperative period.
