With the opening to enhance social and economic development and people’s living standards and national policies, people’s medical needs are increasingly also great for hospital services put forward higher demands to the hospital in addition to medical services,also called the " people-oriented " service of humanity. How to meet the growing demand for medical services the masses of people, is a profound problem in China today are facing health systemStatus service processes by exploring the hospital to find out the problems in existing processes, through the service process reengineering, change to the traditional concept of health care as the core, so that health care workers around the transfer of patients,shorten patients’ waiting time and blind invalid run time, improve patient satisfaction,enhance the efficiency and quality of medical services provided by hospitals, improving morale and management philosophy hospital fundamentally.Analysis of the main issues of a hospital management, processes and organizational structures that exist through questionnaires, interviews and site visits and other forms,to develop methods and procedures corresponding process reengineering, outpatient procedures, dispensing process, administration and logistics management processes reengineering before and after comparison. Through a one-stop service, and other ways to make an appointment patient process reengineering, drug delivery by drug classification level drug delivery process reengineering, build flat management structure and job responsibilities reengineering administrative and logistics management processes, so that health care workers freed from manual labor, truly "centered health care" to "patient-centered" new management model.From the basic effectiveness, efficiency, cost and quality aspects of this is to assess the post-process reengineering, process reengineering effective integration of hospitals and hospital management, improve patient satisfaction, reduce doctor-patient conflicts,improve the efficiency of health care reduce patient waiting time invalid enhance the overall quality of hospital services and medical level, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, save medical costs, enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital, to embody the hospital "human" service purposes.
