Along with the unfolding process of new round of national reform for medical system, higher requirements are attched to medical service from every aspect of society. Hospital quality and service quality are key to hospital management, are also response of hospital comprehensive strength and all kinds of work. The hospital service quality management is the eternal subject of hospital management. In the1980s, China’s hospital service quality management has been established and grew fast according to the existing research of America. Since reform and opening up, great progress has been made in Chinese economy. In order to commensurate with the environment of socialist economical marketing, the medical system experienced a lot of reforms and made a great progress, which led to the improvement of people’s elevation. On the aspect of medical service, all kinds of providers have gone to market, especially the hospital.However, the hospital service quality didn’t commensurate with the economical development in China. The hospital service was a branch of services. As the global service developed, China’s medical service gradually grew as well with the rapid development of global economy. The competition of medical service was becoming fiercer as same as the global economy. Comparing with the enterprise, hospital also faced to the test of survival and development. This paper will study on Ruian People’s Hospital. The purposes of research are to reform the hospital service process, measure and appraise the patient satisfaction and understand the process of diagnosis and patient’s needs. Then it will find out the major problem that the longer time of lining up in public hospital will lead to the low satisfaction. Finally, it will put forward practicable methods to offer references and experiences for the improvement of hospital service quality and management.
