This study, starting from the hospital logistics service attributes, to understand hospital quality status of logistics services to the community. Based on the finding,to make specific recommendations to hospital and logistics service providers to help hospitals enhance quality management. Obtained through the survey data for statistical analysis the following conclusions:The key factor affects outpatient on hospital logistics service quality is medical Service and security services;The key factor affects the inpatient on hospital logistics services quality is medical environment and care workers;The key factor affects the medical staff on logistics services quality is the hospital environment and security service;Hospital logistics hospital food service is important to improve the logistics services to enhance project;Security services and business services to be improved, especially the security services of factors of order and emergency parking, business services, types of goods and factors of convenience.
