Clinical Observation On Postoperative Wound Healing Of Mixed Hemorrhoids (damp-heat Injection Syndrome) By Fumigation And Washing With Yuchuang Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yuchuang decoction fumigation and washing on postoperative wound healing of patients with mixed hemorrhoids(dampness and heat injection syndrome),and to explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in postoperative wound healing and postoperative complications prevention and treatment of specific syndrome types of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:Seventy-two patients with mixed hemorrhoids(dampness and heat injection)were selected and divided into experimental group and control group,36 cases in each,by random number table method.The experimental group was treated with Yuchuang decoction fumigation and washing,while the control group was treated with high potassium acid solution fumigation and washing.Continuous fumigation and washing for 1 week was a course of treatment,and 2 courses of treatment were implemented.Wound healing,wound healing time,pain,edema,bleeding and anal swelling were used as observation indexes to observe and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:A total of 67 patients completed this study.After 2 courses of treatment,the scores of wound healing time chart and symptom score scale in the two groups were compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment.Comparing the wound healing time after treatment between the experimental group and the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the healing time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group.The scores of symptom score scale after treatment were compared between the experimental group and the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.In terms of overall efficacy,the cure rate of the wound after fumigation and washing with Yuchuang decoction for mixed hemorrhoids(damp heat injection syndrome)in the experimental group was 84.84%,and the cure rate after fumigation and washing with high potash solution in the control group was 52.94%.The difference in the cure rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall efficacy of Yuchuang decoction was higher than that of potassium permanganate.Conclusion:Yuchuang decoction fumigation and washing can effectively promo te postoperative wound healing of mixed hemorrhoids(dampness and heat injec tion syndrome),shorten the healing time,and have a definite clinical effect.M oreover,it has obvious advantages in improving postoperative pain,edema,blee ding,anal swelling and other symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
