Observe and record the index pain index, Evaluation of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine treatment of alpine rheumatism Arthralgia And preliminary observations on its security.Methods:This study collected 40 cases of the disease clinics in Singapore WZ Natural Care TCM LLP (T13LL0205J) during 2010.06-2012.06 in the case of dialectical arthralgia musculoskeletal, using randomized divided into two groups, namely, Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine group+acupuncture group, each 20 cases in each group. Were randomly divided into groups and integrated medicine group. Integrated Group:HuangQiGuiZhiWuWu soup with acupuncture, acupuncture Jiaji points, Ashi, Venezuela, Yanglingquan, Kunlun and other points, the intensity in the local sense of the degree of soreness. Acupuncture can be Vital, Shenshu, eight liao points and other points.TCM group:internal medicine HuangQiGuiZhiWuWu soup. Two times a day,200ml per time. Respectively, before and after treatment in all patients after 30 days of pain, the main symptoms, total symptom score and determine the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine, and statistical analysis.Results:â‘ VAS was used by patients of two groups to conduct self scoring on the pain degree. After treatment, the value of pain scores of two groups was significant difference before treatment (P<0.05). after 30 days of treatment, the analgesic effect did not indicate much differentiation(P>0.05). After 30 days of treatment, the cardinal symptom points between combined Chinese medicine group and acupuncture and Chinese medicine group, indicate much difference(p<0.05). After 30 days of treatment, the clinical symptoms indicate high difference compared with before treatment. The improvement of symptoms among combined Chinese medicine and acupuncture group, Chinese medicine group was significantly improved after 30 days of treatment.â‘¢Compare the clinical curative effect after treatment, the result indicate significant difference.Conclusion:Combined HuangQiGuiZhiWuWu decoction and acupuncture can effectively relieve the pain. Functional recovery is good, the result of the curative effect is better than single treatment, which has certain clinical application value.
