| Purpose： Through observation the effect of BaiBi mixture on the level of IL-2,INF-γ, IL-4, IL-10in the serum, and the effect of the skin lesions in lymphocyteassociated antigen (CLA) expression,to investigate the regulatory effect ofBaibi mixture on T cell activation in psoriasis guinea pig model.Material and methods：70guinea pigs were randomly divided into blankcontrol group, negative control group, baibi mixture of low,middle and high doesgroup, Xiaoyin granules group, acitretin group.Shuck off the guinea pigs backhair of each group, the blank control group only coated with ointment and emulsionmatrix, the other groups of guinea pigs were coated with5%propranolol ointment,emulsion,2times a day, for2consecutive weeks. According to the guinea pigdorsal lesions to determine whether psoriasis model is established successfully,intragastric administration after establish the model, the blank control groupwithout any treatment, the negative control group were injected with equivalentsaline, other groups were in accordance with the rodent equivalent dose givenorally,1times a day, for4consecutive weeks. After the experiment of testingsample collection and index: ELISA method was used to detect IL-2, INF-γ,IL-4,IL-10levels in the serum of guinea pigs,; using immunohistochemical method (DABmethod) to detect the guinea pig epidermal skin lesions in the lymphocyteassociated antigen (CLA) expression.Results：1.The negative control group compared with the blank control group, IL-2andINF-γ were up, IL-4and IL-10were down; baibi mixture each group, Xiaoyingranules group, acitretin group compared with the negative control group, IL-2and INF-γ were down, IL-4and IL-10were up; Comparison between baibi mixtureof low,middle and high does group, Baibi mixture of high dose group IL-2andINF-γdecreased more obviously, IL-4and IL-10also increased obviously. 2.The negative control group compared with the blank control group, thelymphocyte associated antigen (CLA) expression was significantly increase.baibi mixture each group compared with the negative control group, the lymphocyteassociated antigen (CLA) expression was significantly decrease. Comparisonbetween baibi mixture of low,middle and high does group, the lymphocyteassociated antigen (CLA) expression in high dose group at least. baibimixture,Xiaoyin granules group and acitretin group had similar effect, wouldreduce the expression of CLA protein.Conclusion：1.BaiBi mixture can influence the psoriatic guinea pig model of IL-2, INF-γ,IL-4, IL-10levels, and the levels of INF-γ and IL-2showed inhibitory effectson IL-4and IL-10levels, showed a promoting effect of psoriasis, correctedTh1/Th2cytokine imbalance drif.2.BaiBi mixture can inhibit skin lesions of psoriasis in the guinea pig modelof lymphocyte associated antigen (CLA) expression.3.Baibi mixture has a moderating effect on the activation of T cells in psoriasisguinea pig model. |
