Objective:Exploration of RPH+Simplified Milligan-Morgan operation indication, contraindication, operation steps and key points, and the operation complications and sequelae and treatment etc provide evidence of evidence-based medicine for Clinical application.Methods:Take3000mixed hemorroids patients into5groups.All the cases were assigned to five groups in accordance with experiment design methods of random, contrast, balance, parallel, and multicenter.Which are treatment group (RPH+Simplified Milligan-Morgan)600cases, comparison group A (PPH+Simplified Milligan-Morgan)600cases、comparison group B(RPH)600cases、comparison group C (PPH)600、cases comparison group D(Milligan-Morgan)600cases. The occurrence condition of the postoperation hemorrhage、postoperative uroschesis、 rectovaginal fistula、secondary anal fissure、postoperative perianal haematoma or thrombosi、fecal incontinence、anorectal stenosis、severe adverse events were observed. Observing the safety of the five operative methods.ResultsAll the patients recovered without severe adverse events. There is no difference on postoperative perianal haematoma or thrombosis among the five groups(P>0.05).There is markedly significant difference on postoperative uroschesis with the comparison groupA、comparison groupC、comparison group D(P<0.01). Treatment group is better than comparison groupA、comparison groupC、comparison group D.There is significant difference on rectovaginal fistula with the comparison groupA、comparison groupC (P<0.05). Treatment group is better than comparison groupA、comparison groupC.There is markedly significant difference on Secondary anal fissure with the comparison groupA、comparison groupC(P<0.01). Treatment group is better than comparison groupA、comparison groupC. There is significant difference on postoperation hemorrhage、fecal incontinence and with the comparison group D(P<0.05). Treatment group is better than comparison group D.There is markedly significant difference on anorectal stenosis with the comparison group D(P<0.01). Treatment group is better than comparison group D. Conclusion:RPH+Simplified Milligan-Morgan reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, better to protect anal function, and higher security.
