Clinical Efficacy Research Of High Multi-point Suspension And Improved Milligan-Morgan Treatment Of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective: Through the comparative study with RPH and improved Milligan-Morgan,Milligan-Morgan,stripping the safety and efficacy of internal ligation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids of high multi-point suspension and Improved Milligan-Morgan.Methods: 120 patients of mixed hemorrhoids were selected and randomly divided into group A,group B and group C with 40 patients.A group with high multi-point suspension and improved Milligan-Morgan,B group with RPH and improved Milligan-Morgan,C group with Milligan-Morgan,between three groups in the overall efficacy,hospitalization cost,operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative complications and other differences.Results: There was no significant difference among the three groups in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids curative effect,recurrence rate,urination,operative time etc(P > 0.05).Postoperative pain in A and B group better than C group(P < 0.05),intraoperative hemorrhage A and B group better than C group(P < 0.05),postoperative edema in A and B group better than C group(P < 0.05),postoperative bleeding in A and B group better than C group(P < 0.05),wound healing time,A and B group better than C group(P < 0.05),A and C group hospitalization expenses is less than B group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The three groups are the effective methods in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,high multi-point suspension and improved Milligan-Morgan,RPH with improved Milligan-Morgan less postoperative complications,simple operation,but high multi-point suspension and improved Milligan-Morgan low price,it is worth in clinical promotion.
