Compared three groups within48hours using tramadol group C number.Conclusion:Articular cavity injection, ropivacaine+prednisone acetate+ice dragon can obviously relieve knee osteoarthritis patients arthroscopy cleaning degree of postoperative pain within48hours. ropivacaine paid+prednisone acetate dragon ice is used alone, ropivacaine paid+ice analgesic effect is good. Articular cavity injection, ropivacaine paid+prednisone acetate+ice dragon can effectively reduce the number of remedial painkillers after use. ropivacaine because joint prednisone acetate using dragon is a safe and effective postoperative analgesia method.
