Objective:Observed in patients with knee osteoarthritis arthroscopy to clean up the effect of the three kinds of pain treatment, discusses how to safe and effective for the arthroscopic treatment of postoperative pain.Methods:Choice of establishing affiliated hospital of chengdu university of TCM orthopedics lumbar hemp downward unilateral knee joint lens cleaning operation,90cases of KOA patients,, A group (30cases) before arthroscopy incision closed to prednisone acetate dragon2ml (50mg)+ropivacaine of intra-articular injection of10ml (119.2mg), the duration of postoperative ice; B group (30cases) for postoperative ropivacaine of intra-articular injection of10ml (119.2mg), postoperative continuous ice. C group (30cases) articular cavity not inject drugs, postoperative ice. For8h,24h,48h after in the patients with knee0degrees,90degrees of buckling, in bed foot standing state descending pain visual analogue scale (VAS);0degrees,90degrees of buckling, the knee joint in bed foot standing state downward8h,24h,48h visual analogue scale (VAS) pain, and record within48hours after more than three suites horse use, observation of three groups of arthroscopy KOA patients postoperative pain treatment effect.Results:1. Remedial postoperatively in patients with use of tramadol, different times injection of tramadol group C most cases. In each group of24h tramadol use the largest number. Compared three groups within48hours using tramadol group C number.Conclusion:Articular cavity injection, ropivacaine+prednisone acetate+ice dragon can obviously relieve knee osteoarthritis patients arthroscopy cleaning degree of postoperative pain within48hours. ropivacaine paid+prednisone acetate dragon ice is used alone, ropivacaine paid+ice analgesic effect is good. Articular cavity injection, ropivacaine paid+prednisone acetate+ice dragon can effectively reduce the number of remedial painkillers after use. ropivacaine because joint prednisone acetate using dragon is a safe and effective postoperative analgesia method.
