| Objective:To observe the effect of ropivacaine combined with hydroxycodone adductor canal block in rapid rehabilitation of(ERAS)under knee arthroscopyMethods:120 patients who underwent unilateral knee arthroscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2018 were selected as the observation subjects.They were randomly divided into compound group and control group,60 cases in each group.The compound group received 20 ml 0.375% ropivacaine combined with 2mg hydroxycodone adductor tube block and the control group was treated with 20 ml 0.375% ropivacaine adductor tube block.The degree of knee joint pain was observed at 8h,12 h,24h,36 h after operation,resting for 48 h and during exercise.The degree of knee joint pain was observed and compared between the two groups.Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the degree of knee joint pain.The adverse reactions and satisfaction were observed in both groups.Results:The VAS scores of postoperative motion pain in the compound group: 8h 0.4±0.2,12 h 0.7±0.3,24 h 0.8±0.2,36 h 0.5±0.1 and 48 h 0.3±0.1,and the VAS scores of postoperative motion pain in the control group: 8h 4.8±0.7,12 h 5.4±1.1,24 h 5.9±1.1,36 h 5.1±1.4 and 48 h 4.9±0.7,respectively.The VAS scores of the patients in the compound group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 8h,12 h,24h,36 h,and 48 h after surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as vomiting,nausea and local anesthetic poisoning between the two groups(P >0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the compound group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Ropivacaine combined with hydroxycodone adductor canal block has a significant analgesic effect on ERAS of Knee Arthroscopy,without increase in adverse reactions,high patient satisfaction,and has a very high value of promotion and application. |
