Purpose:Summary the indications of treating Knee OA under ArthroscopicDebridement through cases.Material and method: Retrospectively analysis the68cases which weretreated by arthroscopic surgery. The clinical observation of68patients wereenrolled patients with osteoarthritis of the knee, according to statisticalmethods of these patients were randomized into two groups: the treatment groupof34patients, using a wide range of arthroscopic debridement; the controlgroup of34patients using finite debridement therapy, the patient’s conditionbased on different surgery. By postoperative symptoms, signs, Lysholm kneescore observed treatment effect. Statistical analysis was performed usingSPSS17.0software.Results:Patients were followed up68patients with osteoarthritis, usinga wide range of arthroscopic debridement in34cases, the use of a limitedarthroscopic debridement in34cases, up from6months-18months (mean12±6months). Preoperative and postoperative Lysholm scores using paired t test,P values less than0.01were considered joint clean-surgical treatment ofosteoarthritis and effective. The treatment group and the control group afterLysholm score,t=0.663,p>0.05, no significant difference, finite and extensivearthroscopic debridement in the clinical treatment of osteoarthritis of the kneeare having a good effect. Conclusion:Osteoarthritis joint debridement style varied, but roughly thesame treatment, the physician may choose their own method of choice ofproficiency in joint debridement under the circumstances. Facts have provedeffective in the treatment of arthroscopic surgery for osteoarthritis of the knee, with a wide range of limited joint arthroscopic debridement were ableto effectively treat osteoarthritis of the knee, can significantly improve theclinical symptoms of the patient.
