Clinical Study On Treatment Of Ventricular Contraction By

Objective:evaluate efficacy and safety of Yi Qi Fu Mai Granule (YQFMG) on treating ventricular premature beat (VPB,belonging to syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis, phlegm and blood stasis transresistance).Methods:50 Patients are Outpatient and hospitalized patients collected in January 2014 to December 2014 from Oriental Hospital of Beijing university of Chinese Medicine, People’s Hospital of Hulunbuir City and People’s Hospital of Halaer District with VPB, all meeting the western medicine diagnostic standard of defining VPB and syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis, phlegm and blood stasis. Take the design method of parallel, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, frequent ventricular premature beat patients were divided into qi after pulse mixture group and the placebo group,25 cases in each group. Two groups of patients in such aspects as age, gender, classificaton of ventricular premature beat and combined diseases had no significant difference (P> 0.05), comparable. Patients after oral YQFMG,13 g each time, blunt, daily 1 agent, points 2 times a blunt in the morning and at night, treatment for 4 weeks. Control group oral placebo particles,13 g each time, a blunt, daily 1 agent, points 2 times a blunt in the morning and at night, treatment for 4 weeks. Observing 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG), chinese medical syndrome,clinical symptoms, laboratory indexes change before and after the treatment in order to evaluat the effectiveness and safety.Results:(1) two groups of age, gender, baseline premature ventricular grading, classification of syndromes, amalgamative disease, there were no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), comparable; (2) two group total effectiveness comparison, difference was statistically significant, YQFMPgroup total effective rate (78.3%) than the placebo group (28.5%). (3) YQFMP group of Holter recorded room early episodes before and after treatment and compared with placebo, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); The placebo group compared before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P=0.04K0.05); (4) YQFMP group heart palpitations, fatigue, shortness of breath, chest tightness, god phlegm, spontaneous perspiration symptoms compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), heart palpitations, fatigue, chest tightness, phlegm, god since sweat symptoms compared with the placebo group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Placebo group heart palpitations, fatigue symptoms compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the other symptoms compared with before treatment, there were no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); (5)YQFMP group before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral differential value comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), compared with the placebo group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); The placebo group compared with before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:YQFMG has basically no side effect and better clinical effect than placebo, with possibility of clinical promoting and applying.
