Research Progress Of TCM In Hypotension And Traditional Chinese Medicine And Professor Jia Hai - Zhong 's Experience In Treating

Hypotension(Low blood pressure LBP) refers to the systolic blood pressure less than 90mmHg, diastolic blood pressure down from 60mmHg. For hypotension has been recognized long, overseas studies have shown that the mortality rate and blood pressure of the elderly is "J" shaped curve, hypotension patients compared to the normal blood pressure has a high mortality. The incidence of reported around our country at 1.88%-14.56% range. Some patients without clinical symptoms, for patients with clinical symptoms of low blood pressure, often characterized by dizziness, weakness, fatigue, poor memory, afraid of cold, poor appetite, and even fainting. Western medicine in the treatment of hypotension is used for rescue. For the general patients, there is a lack of effective treatment. There is no name of disease of hypotension in traditional Chinese medicine, according to its clinical characteristics, belongs to "vertigo", "palpitation", "consumptive disease" category. Starting from the whole of traditional Chinese medicine, treatment based on syndrome differentiation, treatment of low blood pressure has obtained the good curative effect.This paper aims to summarize the experience of Professor Jia’s theory in hypotension treatment, and also to provide Chinese medicine treatment of hypotension.The article is divided into two parts:The first part is the literature review, through the modern literature retrieval and reading of TCM classics, sum up the definition of hypotension, epidemiology, influence factors, pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, the classification, the current western medicine treatment of low blood pressure, the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine to the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of hypotension, dialectic and treatment, from the perspective of Chinese and western medicine to know low blood pressure, to treat low blood pressure. The second part is the experience summary. By following the teacher practice, case collection, sorting, summary data collection was mentor precept, from teacher understanding of hypotension, prevention and treatment, medical record for example analysis, to explore tutor experience for the treatment of low blood pressure. Jia Haizhong thinks that hypotension mainly involves the heart, spleen, kidney three Zang. According to clinical experience, hypotension in TCM can be divided into qi deficiency syndrome, qi and blood deficiency syndrome, qi and yin deficiency syndrome, kidney essence deficiency syndrome, fluid syndrome, qi deficiency and blood stasis six types.
