Professer Mao Jingyuan's Characteristics Of Chinese Medicine In Treating Patients With Primary Hypotension

Objective: To ststistically analyze Professer Mao Jingyuan's medication experience of primary hypotension,and to explore the components and mechanisms of the Core prescription.Method: 1.Effective outpatient cases of Primary Hypotension which Treated by Professor Mao Jingyuan from January 2015 to March 2019 were collected.Data analysis was performed with the Chinese medicine inheritance support platform(V2.5).Through frequency statistics,association rule analysis and cluster analysis,Professer Mao Jingyuan's medication experience of primary hypotension was obtained.2.Active compounds and targets of the core prescriptions were obtained in Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology(TCMSP).Therapeutic targets of Primary Hypotension were obtained in Dis Ge NET,OMIM and TTD.Targets genes of the core prescriptions for improveing hypotension were obtained by the intersection of the targets of active compounds and the therapeutic targets of hypotension.Prescriptions-target-hypotension network was establishes using Cytoscape,and Gene Ontology(GO)and KEGG were used to enrichment the analysis of target genes.Results: 1.In this study,a total of 91 primary hypotension patients were observed,which contained 74 women and 17 men.the age ranged form 23 to 91 years old,and the date of first visit is mainly from June to September.The common syndrome elements included qi deficiency,yin deficiency,blood stasis,phlegm turbidity,fire heat,blood deficiency and yang deficiency,and the main types of syndrome are pure deficiency syndrome and the mixture.83 drugs were included,of which tonic drugs are most commonly used.According to the analysis of regularities,commonly used prescriptions was GUI PI Decoction.Through cluster analysis,9 mainly kinds of Prescription combination were obtained.Among them,No.1 had the effect of nourishing qi and Yin,which composed of radix pseudostellariae,radix codonopsis,radix ophiopogonis and polygonati rhizoma;No.2 had the effect of nourishing bloodand calming nerves,which composed of ziziphi spinosae semen,auckiandiae radix,longan,colla corii asini and polygala;No.3 had the effect of nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation,which composed of longan,radix salviae,colla corii asini and carthami flos;No.4 had the effect of soothing the liver and regulating qi,which composed of radix bupleuri,paeoniae radix alba,cyperi rhizoma and scutellariae radix;No.5 had the effect of clearing away heat and resolving phlegm,which composed of coptidis rhizoma,arum ternatum thunb,pericarpium trichosanthis and licorice;No.6 had the effect of subsidizing heart Yang,which composed of cinnamomi ramulus,licorice,atractylodes macrocephala koidz,amygdalus communis vas and aurantii fructus;No.7 had the effect of warming the spleen and kidney,which composed of acanthopanax,epimrdii herba,asari radix et rhizoma and psoralen;No.8had the effect of nourishing yin and clearing away heat,which composed of radix rehmanniae preparata,cornus officinalis,phellodendri chinrnsls cortex and radix bupleuri;No.9 had the effect of nourishing blood and cooling blood,which composed of radix paeoniae rubra,gardeniae fructus,colla corii asini,radix bupleuri and tortoise shell.2.According to the results of data mining,the core prescriptions consist of the drugs which were top 10 in frequency of use.133 compounds of the core prescriptions were derived.431 targets of the core prescriptions and 122 gene targets of primary hypotension were obtained.33 gene targets of medicine for attenuation of hypotension werec obtained,which contained PRSS1,NOS3,ADRA1 B,NR3C2,DRD1,IFNG,TNF,IL2,IL6,et al.The 33 predictive genes were used for GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis,498 biological process,26 molecular function and 67 pathways were obtained.The biological process mainly includes regulation of tube diameter,smooth muscle contraction,hormone secretion and transport,lipid catabolic process et al.The molecular function mainly includes adrenergic receptor activit,catecholamine binding,G protein-coupled amine receptor activity,cytokine activity,neurotransmitter receptor activity,heme binding,coenzyme binding,dopamine binding,antioxidant activity and growth factor receptor binding et al.The pathways mainly includes Neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction,c GMP-PKG signaling pathway,c AMP signaling pathway,C-type lectins receptor signalingpathway and tryptophan metabolism,et al.Conclusion: Although the treatment of primary hypotension by professer Mao Jingyuan is mostly mixed with deficiency and excess,the deficiency is the main factor.Most of the treatment is based on tonic therapy,and Guipi Decoction is often used.Mmeanwhile added drugs for nourishing blood,promoting blood circulation,regulating qi,resolving phlegm and clearing away heat as needed.The medicines maybe attenuates hypotension by promoting sympathetic excitation,improving vasomotor function,enhancing immune and nutritional metabolism,and protecting ischemic tissue.The predictive pathway were neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction,c GMP-PKG signaling pathway,c AMP signaling pathway,C-type lectins receptor signaling pathway and tryptophan metabolism.
