Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Li’s "jingubingju" tuina in the treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain with qi stagnation and blood stasis, and to provide more real-world research data and treatment ideas for its clinical application.Method:Using a real world study,70 patients included in the screening range were dependently corrected for confounding factors by propensity score matching method, and 30 pairs of cases were matched from the screening range cases using 1:1 most adjacent matching method, including 30 cases in the exposed group,30 cases in the non-exposed group,30 cases in the exposed group using " jingubingju " Tuina+conventional acupuncture treatment, and the non-exposed group using conventional acupuncture treatment. The score processing analysis of 60 patients after integration comprehensively evaluated the clinical efficacy. Before and after treatment efficacy measures(TCM syndrome score scale,VAS,JOA,IL-1β、IL-6)and adverse events,Result:1.The two groups of cases were not comparable in age and BMI(P<0.05).1:1 nearest neighbor matching method in propensity score matching was used to match 30 pairs of cases from 70 patients, including 30 cases in the exposed group and 30 cases in the non-exposed group after integration. After matching, there were no significant differences in gender, age,BMI,course of disease and treatment days between the two groups, which were comparable between the two groups.2.Comparison of the efficacy indexes before and after treatment:there was no significant difference in the efficacy indexes(TCM syndrome score,VAS score,JOA score,IL-1β and IL-6 levels)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the efficacy indexes of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),showing that the two treatment methods were effective. After treatment, there were significant differences in the efficacy indicators between the exposed group and the non-exposed group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of the exposed group was better than that of the non-exposed group.3.No adverse events occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:1.Both Li’s " jingubingju" tuina and ordinary acupuncture have therapeutic effects on CNLBP patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis, but Li’s " jingubingju " tuina combined with ordinary acupuncture have better clinical effects.2.Li’s " jingubingju" tuina, which is based on local and overall consideration, has a significant effect and high safety in alleviating the waist pain and improving the waist movement function of CNLBP patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis.3.Li’s "jingubingju" tuina can also significantly reduce the inflammatory factor IL-1β、IL-6 level in the body of CNLBP patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis, alleviate the symptoms of patients.4.It is more consistent with the clinical situation to use the real world study method of Li’s " jingubingju " tuina to treat CNLBP patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis. This plan is worthy of further study and promotion.
