| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of milli fire needle combined with acupuncture and moxibustion and cupping such a comprehensive therapy in the treatment of low back pain, and to explore the clinical significance of milli fire needle therapy for low back pain.Methods:The 40 patients were from Guanganmen hospital Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture pain clinic feature,all of them were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group with milli fire needle combined with acupuncture and moxibustion and cupping therapy, while the control group with acupuncture and moxibustion with cupping.Use the JOA low back pain score and the pain of VAS in the McGill pain questionnaire to evaluate the improvement of the low back pain before and after the treatment, the pain of VAS was recorded every week, and the JOA low back pain score was recorded the first and the last situation.Statistical treatment of the data by SPSS 17.0 software.Operat i on:The treatment group takes 2-3 milli fire needle prick Ashi point, and ordinary acupuncture the point of Shenshu, Dachangshu,Zhibian, Huantiao, Yanglingquan, and Weizhong. The bilateral Shenshu with warming acupuncture operation,for 20min.Take off the needle and cupping the back and leg on bladder meridian,for 5min.The control group was only without milli fire needle therapy, the other operations is the same with the treatment group.Two groups were treated 3 times a week, continuous observation of 4 weeks after treatment.Results:The two groups VAS pain score comparison within group starting from the first week was P<0.05, there was significant difference, indicating two methods of treatment of low back pain has obvious curative effect.Comparison of VAS pain score between groups,in the previous two weeks P>0.05 shows no difference of two groups,from the third weeks, P<0.05, on the fourth week,the VAS average value of treatment group is 1.25±1.97,the pain improvement rate was (84±23)%,the control group VAS with an average of 2.80±2.04 control, pain improvement rate was (62±27)%, the curative effect of treatment group was superior to the control group, indicating the milli fire needle has an important role for the long-term efficacy of treatment for low back pain.The VAS curative effect evaluation, for the pain relief rate of 50%(The pain relief effect is good), the treatment group of 18 cases, accounting for 90%, the control group had 15 cases, accounting for 75%. The improvement effect for pain,1 cases in the treatment group,3 cases in the control group.Poor pain remission, 1 cases in the treatment group,2 cases in the control group.Explain the treatment group VAS pain relief effect on the whole is better than the control group.Two groups of JOA score in group P<0.05, with statistical significance, the two methods have remarkable curative effect in the treatment of low back pain. Comparison between groups,P<0.05,in the treatment group, the improvement rate of JOA in treatment group was (84±22)%, in the control group was (63±26)%, the treatment group was better than control group.Evaluation of curative effect of JOA, between two groups,P<0.05, the treatment group cure rate was 45%, markedly effective rate was 45%, efficiency is 5%,no efficiency was 5%,the total effective rate was 95%. The cure rate of control group was 20%, markedly effective rate was 40%, efficiency is 35%,no efficiency was 5%, the total effective rate was 95%.the treatment group is better than the control group in the overall effect.Conelusion:The milli fire needle combined with acupuncture and moxibustion and cupping therapy for low back pain is a kind of comprehensive treatment has obvious curative effect,which can take advantages of multiple therapies with the use of needle, moxibustion, medicine, fire, and cupping.the treatment group compared with the control group in the treatments differed only milli fire needle, results indicate that the long-term effect of the treatment group superior to the control group, the milli fire needle can enhance the clinical curative effect, and the milli fire needle has the advantages of simple operation, convenient, safe, worthy of clinical promotion.
