| This paper focuses on the research of Jintuliangguang Capsule (JC). In the course of study,technological process, quality standard were studied in order. Quality standard of king drug were made a deep study.1.Studies of technological process:①Four factor experiment and orthogonal test were performed to select the best process of extraction of the total flavonoids in Cuscuta chinensis Lam and total phenolic acid in Dendrobiu nobile Lindl.②The total flavonoids in Cuscuta chinensis Lam were purified by macroporous adsorptive resin and dynamic state adsorptive resin.③Four factor experiment and orthogonal test were performed to select the best process of purification of the total phenolic acid in Dendrobium nobile Lindl.④Accessories, moistening agent and condition of coming to form were optimized.2. Studies of quality standard:①The quality standard of the extract of Cuscuta chgnensgs Lam was established by TLC and HPLC.②The quality standard of JC was established by TLC and HPLC.③The quality standard of fingerprinting of Cuscuta chinensis Lam was established by HPLC.④TLC,HPLC and RAPD technique were made a deep studies in identification of Cascuta chinensis Lam and its confused species. |
