A Study On The Susceptibility Of Fuyuan Qi And Fuyuan Lung Cancer

Backgroundlung cancer has been the most common cancer and the leading cause of cancer-related deaths in our country and increasing lung cancer rates are predicted to continue.Based on Tranditional Chinese Medicine, the healthy qi deficiency,mood disorders, invasion of evilsand. and poor eating habits have been associated with developing lung cancer,however,the reseach to definite etiology for lung cancer has remained poor.Constitution that consist of genetic material and five circuits and six qi can present etiological character of lung cancer,for it is internal desease. Which our reseach focuses on is the relationship between five circuits and six qi (five circuits and six qi)and the developing lung cancer.ObjectiveTo explore the fundamental cause of lung cancer from the perspective of five circuits and six qi. then to arrive in the pathogenesis and explore a new method of treatment and prevention of lung cancer.MethodsA retrospective analysis was conducted of 68899 patients that 43238 was male,25661 was female.They were divided by sex and the endowment of five circuits and six qi which definited by the time of embryonic period into study groups.the control group was Beijing permanent citizens in the same sex and endowment of five circuits and six qi.By chi-square test of four-fold table.we got the susceptible endowment types and resistant endowment types.then we analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of lung cancer.ResultsAbout wowen we got 37 crowds (endowment types) who were susceptible to lung cancer and 34 crowds (endowment types) who were resistant to it.About men we got 40 crowds (endowment types) who were susceptible to lung cancer and 33 crowds who were resistant to it.Most of the susceptible crowds were born in the first half of a year, on the contrary most resistant crowds were born in the last half of a year. The common susceptible keyun types,both female and male,were ’shaomu-taihuo’ ’taihuo-shaotu’ ’taishui-shaomu’.The common susceptible keqi types is ’jueyinzaiquan-yangmingsitian’ ’shaoyangzaiquan-shaoyin-sitian’ ’yangmingzaiqquani-taiyinsitian’,inaddtion,’shaoshui-taimu’ ’yangmingsitianshaoyinzai-quan-taiyangsitian’are invovled in male susceptible endowments and ’taimu-shaohuo’ ’taiyin-sitiantaiyangzaiquan-shaoyangsitian’ ’taiyinzaiquanjueyinsitian’in female susceptible endow-ments.Conclusion The common character lung cancer susceptible populations on five circuits and six-qi endowments is the excessive fire wood matched the same excessive metal earth and water,which causes that wood fire is depressed by metal earth and water. The character of lung cancer susceptible populations endowments on male is cling to excessive metal and wood,while male is fire and water.
